  • Active collaboration among industrial hygiene and related occupational and environmental safety and health professionals is essential for ensuring that safe and healthy environments are provided for all workers and communities.
  • The ethical practice of industrial hygiene and related occupational and environmental health and safety professionals is achieved through the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of hazards arising from the workplace and communities.
  • AIHA will advocate for the profession and science-based public policy development.
  • Good business and good industrial hygiene and related occupational and environmental health and safety practices are strongly linked.
