Awards Committee

Roster

The goal of the Awards Committee is to assist AIHA in selecting the best qualified candidates.

The committee then recommends to the AIHA Board, by February 1 of each year, at least two candidates for the Distinguished Service, Donald E. Cummings Memorial, and Kusnetz Awards and candidates for honorary memberships.

To do this, the committee will:

• Identify nominees based on activities known to the committee.
• Call for nominees from the membership through announcements in the AIHA Journal and other appropriate means.
• Request additional information on proposed candidates that will help in the final selection.
