Computer Applications Committee Projects
Establishment of an Outreach Project to promote and develop the presence of AIHA Technical committees and local sections on the World Wide Web.
Presentation of professional development courses (PDCs) by CAC members and reviewing or auditing them prior to and during presentation at the AIHces.
Sponsorship of Technical Sessions and Roundtables at the AIHce:
Contributing to the annual technical committee gallery at the AIHce.
Preparation and delivery of topical presentations dealing with computer applications at AIHA national meetings and conferences upon request.
Addition of the committee minutes to the AIHA webpage.
Submission of software reviews to The Synergist for publication, as well as several articles for general interest. Review a recent article by a CAC member entitled, Software Implementation - Tips for Software Success, published in the December 2008 issue of The Synergist.
Sponsorship of a general IH e-mail discussion group with AIHA staff and monitoring content on a continuing basis.
