Roster

Composition

The Executive Committee shall consist of the president, president-elect, vice president, secretary, treasurer, and immediate past president of the AIHA Board of Directors.

Duties

The Executive Committee shall be responsible for the management of the association between meetings of the AIHA Board of Directors.

Powers

The Executive Committee shall have all the powers of the AIHA Board of Directors in the management of the affairs and funds of the association between meetings of the AIHA Board of Directors other than the powers expressly reserved for the AIHA Board of Directors by the bylaws and by the Illinois General Not-for-Profit Corporation Act.

Reporting

The Executive Committee shall report its actions to the AIHA Board of Directors at its next meeting.

Quorum and Voting

A majority of the Executive Committee shall constitute a quorum, and the vote of a majority in attendance at the meeting shall constitute the act of the Executive Committee.
