The WNYAIHA serves the area's health and safety professionals, providing a forum in which to learn, exchange ideas and promote the profession. Its professional members are dedicated to the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of environmental factors arising in or from the workplace that may result in injury, illness, and impairment or affect the well-being of workers and members of the community.

Our geographic coverage includes the following counties in western New York:  Allegheny, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Chemung, Erie, Genesee, Monroe, Niagara, Ontario, Orleans, Schuyler, Steuben, Wayne, Yates.
