Specific Job Description

Provide hazard assessment reports. Prepare protocols for contracts/specifications and engineering design submittals. Review site specific packages and provide comments. Provide technical support in researching and preparing written communication in response to Federal, State and Local government inquiries regarding Environmental, Occupational Safety, and Health (EOSH) issues. Prepare and submit relevant EOSH Program activity reports. Conduct EOSH Project Reviews.

Provide technical support to official Federal Administrative Association (FAA) representatives during regulatory inspections of FAA facilities that relate to EOSH issues. Provide technical interpretations of federal, state and local statues, regulations, ordinances, and codes and FAA policy and guidance documents for EOSH requirements. Attend EOSH program meetings/telecons. Review and track FAA training policies involving EOSH subjects and submit recommendations. Conduct mold inspections, document findings and recommend abatement/remediation actions. Provide technical oversight in developing and implementing asbestos Operations & Maintenance plans, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) program, Hearing Conservation, and EOSH program. Conduct field trips to existing or proposed FAA facilities and perform Physical/Chemical Hazards/Material analysis, and submit reports.
