Corporate Industrial
Hygiene Manager Degree:
BS , IH, Safety or related degree required
Position will provide support and coordination for the corporate industrial
hygiene strategy by leading the development of programs and assists in the
implementation of these programs and initiatives in additional to managing an
industrial hygiene staff. Develops
and conducts training, hazard analysis and industrial hygiene assessments within
individual locations. Leads change
and continuous improvement across multiple locations and business units.
Must have 10+ years of professional IH within manufacturing
OR mining, CIH designation or the ability
to obtain this designation within two years is required.
CSP designation helpful. Travel 35-40% when necessary.
Business Unit Safety Program Manager Degree: BS
Safety or related degree required Responsible for providing safety & environmental support
and coordination to Mine operations and terminals throughout North American
operations. Develop and administrate
uniform safety programs at location in areas of accident prevention,
occupational heath, fire protection, emergency preparedness, security, workers
compensation, regulatory compliance and related training and development areas.
Position will report into the Vice
President of Operations.
Must have a strong working knowledge of MSHA
and at least 10+ years in safety.
Travel 50-60% when necessary.
Americas North Safety and Health Manager
Degree: BS
Safety or related degree required
Must have
at least (10) years of MSHA and OSHA experience supporting either mining
operations or construction.
Position will provide best of class safety
leadership to North American Regions and travel up to 50% when necessary.
Lead professional safety development to safety resources at the site
level and management team regarding customer mining and construction sites.
SHE Superintendent Degree: BS
Safety or related degree required
Must have
at least (5) years of MSHA experience handling safety compliance for an
organization.
Position will manage all EHS (focus on safety) for (3) local mine sites.
Candidate must be a strong leader and staff manager (supervise 2-3 EHS
Specialists) with an extensive understanding of regulations.
Will drive down programs to the site level and be a technical resource
regarding safety for the company.
