An element to take into consideration throughout the time frame of the process is: continued employee support of the process.
The employees involved in the process provided the steering committee members with positive feedback. In addition, employees stepped forward to participate in training activities. In light of the location of where this presentation is being given, I will note that supervisors’ commented on the fact that employees were “jazzed” about the process.
