Section scores can run from 0 to 6, with 0 or 1 considered low concern, 2-3 considered moderate concern, and 4-6 considered high concern
Over the entire organization, the section scores vary considerably. Work environment (lighting, privacy, noise) is problematic throughout – this is typical of an open office environment.
Seating and keyboard support are also major issues.
