OEM physicians are employed in many diverse settings ranging from corporate-based settings to hospital/clinic-based practices.
In addition, many ACOEM members come to the field from other specialties – including internal medicine and emergency medicine. Other related fields include dermatology, orthopaedics, toxicology, immunology, and psychiatry.
