AIHA and ACGIH member session arrangers, moderators, monitors, presenters (platform, poster, case study, forum, crossover, roundtable) are required to pay the conference registration fee or the one-day fee.
Professional development course instructors should not register for the course he/she is teaching. However, instructors who wish to attend the conference, Monday through Thursday, must register and pay the applicable fee.
Enter AIHA or ACGIH membership number, available on your membership card. If you dont have your membership number, or if you are a nonmember, simply enter the required information. Registration confirmations will be e-mailed or faxed.

All categories; individual must have a current membership application on file, and have paid dues in full for the 2002 calendar year. Honorary/Retired/AIHA and ACGIH Past Presidents
Members qualify for the reduced rate of $55.
Registration is not available on-line. The original AIHA-issued voucher must accompany the printed registration form to qualify an individual for the complimentary or reduced member registration fee. An Advance Registration Form
may be printed from this website. Vouchers were mailed to all organizational members who paid dues for 2002. Check with your supervisor to see if you are eligible for this category. On site, the original voucher must be presented with the on-site registration form to qualify the individual for this category.
Industrial hygienist or other affiliated professional not currently an AIHA or ACGIH member. Nonmembers may submit both a membership application and the advance registration form together to receive the member discount on registration fees. Membership applications may be obtained through the following links:
Full-time undergraduate or graduate student enrolled in an industrial hygiene or related educational program. Fax a copy of student identification or letter of verification issued by the university to 202-347-6673. If verification is not received within two weeks, the registration will automatically cancel.
Admits registrant to the Exposition, education sessions, and non-ticketed events held that day.
Individuals registering for a PDC or the symposium only do not need to pay a registration fee; however, contact information is required. Individuals are not eligible to purchase tickets to technical tours.

Please describe any physical needs that may require attention. If you need special transportation, do not select accommodations in a hotel that is NOT a stop on the AIHce shuttle.
Fee includes ticket to the Hospitality Brunch and entrance to the General Sessions and the Exposition. Hospitality tour tickets are sold separately. Conference registration is not required to purchase hospitality tour tickets.
Professional Development Courses
PDCs are filled in the order requests are received, and seats are limited. Tickets are required to be admitted to the course. Payment corresponding to the cost of the first choice course must be remitted with the registration form. Individual will be charged for the course in which he/she is actually enrolled. Even ticket exchanges may be made on site; uneven exchanges are subject to higher, on-site fees. Individuals are not required to register for AIHce 02 to attend Professional Development Courses.
Certificates of Attendance will be mailed after the conference (allow 4 weeks).
PDCs with low enrollment as of March 22 are subject to cancellation by AIHA. In case of cancellation, registrants will be notified and automatically placed in an alternate choice.

AIHce 02 EHS Management Symposium
A ticket is required to be admitted to the Symposium. Two coffee breaks, a reception, and course materials are included in the fee. Individuals do not need to register for AIHce 02 to attend the two-day Symposium.
JIHEEC Dinner Discussion
This new highly interactive education offering is limited to 25 professional registrants. A light dinner is included.

By submitting your registration and credit card information you authorize AIHce to charge the Total Payment to your credit card and to adjust the charge to the correct amount if different from the Total Payment.
Badges and tickets must be returned to the Registration Bureau. Refunds will be issued 4560 days post-conference. For all professional registration categories, a refund of total registration and course/symposium fees less a $50 administrative fee, will be issued until April 26. Between April 26 and May 17, a $75 fee applies. After May 17, no refunds will be issued.
Student and Family Member/Guest requests received by April 26 are subject to a $15 fee. No refunds after May 17.
Technical Tours no refund once ticket is purchased.
Hospitality Tours full refund until May 17; no refund after this date.
JIHEEC Dinner Discussion full refund until May 17; no refund after this date.
