We are pleased to continue this informative feature to the AIHce website. It allows for selective reading and/or printing of the session ratings of interest to you. A total 6757 forms were returned from all sessions …..about 800 under 2004 but higher than all previous years.
The form consists of two parts: (1) The Session Rating and (2) written comments on individual presenters at the conference. This posting relates to Item One. As written comments are developed they will be sent to the related Session Arranger and, where appropriate, the Committee Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary, providing guidance and input for the future.
Attendee Ratings Section from AIHce Evaluation Forms for all Podiums, Roundtables, EHS Crossover Programs and Miscellaneous Sessions are provided in matrix format. This format, used for many other items, does not allow spacing to include session titles, so a listing of complete session titles is included below for a cross reference to the Session Numbers. The session rating matrixes provide the following information, starting on the left:
1. Program Description:
Understandable; accurately described presentation; helpful
2. Topic: Timely; relevant presentation topic
3. Content: Geared to a common theme; consistent with title.
4. Audiovisuals: Legible; increased understanding; effectively
used.
5. Session Conduct: On schedule; introductions of value; under
control
The end percent’s provide a quick overall reference of how session topics and categories measure up.
The Room Count is, in most cases, an average of two counts made during each session.
New this year is the ability to provide Ratings for additional sessions where evaluation forms were turned in. These are designated Miscellaneous Sessions and include such items as Ask the Expert.
