Re: Approval to attend AIHce 2007

I would like your approval to attend the American Industrial Hygiene Conference & Expo (AIHce) scheduled May 31– June 5, 2008.

This conference is a unique opportunity for me to gain the knowledge and insight we need to solve our daily challenges. AIHce offers a variety of industrial hygiene and environmental health and safety education programs, from science to business management, and everything in between. Attached is program information that impressed me as being important to our current activities.

I realize our budget is tight this year; however, this conference is a solid investment in our organization. I will be able to:

  • Enhance performance, increase efficiencies productivity to help the bottom line, and maximize our investment by sharing information and knowledge with you and our co-workers;
  • Network with my peers from all over the country to learn what they are doing to solve similar problems;
  • See firsthand what our competitors are doing;
  • Visit suppliers to find the latest tools to help our organization; and
  • Earn points to maintain certification.

AIHce is truly the best, most comprehensive education investment we can make in our organization all year. If I Register by March 28, I will save up to $260 in registration and course fees in addition to securing a lower-priced hotel room.

I hope you will support my attendance.

Thank you for your consideration.

Advance Registration and Hotel Reservations Closed April 28.
