Call for PDC Monitors

PDCs, review courses, management courses, symposia, etc.

The submission deadline of February 15th has passed for the AIHce 2008 "Call for Monitors. We have received a sufficient number of monitor requests that all pre-conference courses should be covered. If you still have interest in participating, you may attend the monitor orientation meeting on site in Minneapolis and potentially replace any assigned monitor no-shows. We cannot guarantee any onsite monitor course assignments.

All monitors must attend an orientation on the day of their course assignment, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 31 or Sunday, June 1 at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

Assigned monitors:

  • Must be an active AIHA or ACGIH® member.
  • May monitor only one course.
  • Will be assigned on a first-come, first served basis (priority offered to students and unemployed members).
  • Earn CM, CEU, and COC points, receive course materials, and earn a certificate.
  • Will not pay a registration fee for their assigned course.
  • Are not guaranteed assignment to one of their choices.

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment and/or instructor schedule conflict. Decisions regarding cancellations will be made by March 28. Unfortunately, if a course is canceled, AIHce cannot guarantee a monitoring assignment to an alternate course.
