Meeting space at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis and
Hilton Minneapolis (co-headquarters) must be arranged
through AIHce. A completed
Request for Function Space form should be submitted
by March 14. Be certain to read the Guidelines prior
to completing the form. All forms are accepted on a
first-come, first-served basis; space to accommodate
requests received after March 14 may not be
available.
Receipt of your request will be acknowledged within 5
business days. If you do not receive an acknowledgement,
please contact
bmcmurrer@aiha.org. Your assigned hotel will contact
you directly after April 1 to finalize arrangements.
Please note: To allow registrants time to visit the
AIHce Expo, meetings may not be scheduled as follows:
Monday, June 2, 9:30 a.m.–10:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.–2:00
p.m.
Tuesday, June 3, 9:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m. and 12:30
p.m.–2:00 p.m.
Wednesday, June 4, 9:00 a.m.–10:00 a.m. and Noon–1:00
p.m.
