Refer to Hotels-at-a-Glance or your acknowledgment for cancellation dates at individual hotels. Please note the following dates when changing or cancelling a reservation.

Before April 28

Direct reservation changes and cancellations by fax to AIHce/Experient.

April 29 – May 6

Reservations are being transferred to individual hotels. Changes and cancellations cannot be made during this time. Please do not contact the hotel; your reservation will not have been processed. Rest assured, if you have received a confirmation from AIHce/Experient, the hotel will honor your reservation. 

Beginning May 7

Contact the hotel directly for date changes, cancellations and new reservations. Room availability and rate are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

Beware! You may lose your deposit if…

1.  You do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day. Many hotels now also charge an early departure fee.

2.  You do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s guidelines. When cancelling a reservation directly with the hotel, obtain a cancellation number, date, and the name of the agent. In case of difficulty, contact AIHce for assistance. 

Don’t be a No Show!

Be certain to cancel registration and hotel reservations if you are unable to attend. Registration fee and hotels deposits will not be refunded to “no shows.”
