Need a Hotel Room?

Call the hotels directly and state you are attending AIHce. You may ask for the conference rate, but there is no guarantee the conference rate is available.

Registrants with accommodations in an AIHce hotel (not booked through AIHce) are eligible for the registration discount upon presentation of a reservation confirmation, a hotel card key, or other documentation. Local residents may provide a local address as verification.

Registration Cancellation

The registration cancellation deadline was April 28. If you receive(d) badges and materials by mail, please return these to AIHce/Experient, 108 Wilmot Road, Suite 400, Deerfield, IL 60015-5124. Requests may be considered after the deadline if badges/tickets are returned. See the Advance Program or the AIHce website for details.

Hotel Cancellations

April 28–May 6:
Reservations for hotel rooms reserved prior to April 28 are being transferred to the hotels. Changes and cancellations cannot be made during this time. Please do not contact the hotel; your reservation will not have been processed.

Beginning May 7:
Contact the hotel for date changes and cancellations. Refer to your confirmation for the hotel number.

If you have received an acknowledgment from AIHce/Experient and you will attend AIHce, rest assured the hotel will honor your reservation.

Deposits

Note: all reservations required a credit card deposit. You may be charged a penalty if:

1.  You do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day.
2.  You do not cancel your reservation within the hotel’s guidelines. See “Hotels-at-a-Glance” in the Advance Program or check your hotel acknowledgment.
3. Obtain a cancellation number and the name of the agent. In case of difficulty, contact AIHce/Experient for assistance.

Don’t be a No Show!

Please cancel registration and hotel reservations if you are unable to attend. Refunds will not be given to “no shows.”
