Minneapolis St. Paul (MSP) International Airport is located approximately 16 miles from downtown Minneapolis.
One-way fare from the airport to the city averages $32.00–$38.00. Fares are metered at $1.90 per mile and include a $3 trip fee.

AIHce will provide complimentary shuttle service between most official hotels and the convention center for registrants who reserve accommodations through AIHce. See Hotel Shuttle Schedule for the preliminary hours and the list of hotels served. Shuttles will operate Saturday, May 31 through Thursday, June 5.
Several parking garages are adjacent to the Minneapolis Convention Center and most lots are connected to the Center by skyway. Current daily rates range $8.00-$10.00. For parking at official hotels, check individual hotel descriptions.

As of January, 2007, all U.S. citizens entering the United States by air from abroad are required to produce a valid passport.
International registrants must also obtain a non-immigrant visa for temporary stay in the U.S.
Applicants should apply for a visa no later than 3-4 months in advance of the conference (February, 2008). This means international registrants need to begin the process now!

The US-VISIT Program requires that all international visitors arriving at a U.S. port of entry be digitally photographed and 2 fingers digitally fingerscanned. This quick and efficient process takes just a few minutes.
All Visa Waiver Program (VWP) travelers must present individual machine-readable passports. Other requirements may apply depending on when the VWP traveler’s passport was issued.
