Use these handy online tools to organize your conference schedule and get the most out of AIHce.
Be in touch with other registered professionals months before conference through the Attendee Locator. Set up a pre-conference meeting, arrange a dinner, or gather a group for drinks. On site, use the Cyber/Message Center to see who is attending AIHce, to confirm business meetings and social plans, and to keep in touch with family and friends at home.
Use the online Program Planner to organize time at the conference prior to leaving for Toronto. Search for courses, sessions, presenters, topics, committees or events. Download the information to a PDA or print a hard copy.
Use the Virtual Expo to save time in locating the exhibitors you want to see. Search for the products or companies of interest, organize daily hall visits, or contact the exhibitors you want to meet in Minneapolis. New companies are added weekly!
CD-ROMs with audio and PowerPoint slides of many presentations will be available for purchase on site and post-conference by mail. Additionally, abstracts of podium and poster presentations will be available online, post-conference.
