Call for AIHce 2009 Pre-Conference Course Monitors

Professional Development Courses (PDCs), symposia, review and management courses

The submission deadline of February 13th has passed for the AIHce 2009 "Call for Monitors.” We have received a sufficient number of monitor requests that all pre-conference courses should be covered. If you still have interest in participating, you may attend the monitor orientation meeting on site in Toronto and potentially replace any assigned monitor no-shows. We cannot guarantee any onsite monitor course assignments.

All monitors must attend an orientation on the day of their course assignment, 7:00 a.m.–7:30 a.m. on Saturday or Sunday, May 30 or 31 respectively at the Toronto Convention Centre.

All assigned monitors:

  • Must be an active AIHA or ACGIH® member
  • May monitor only one course
  • Will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority offered to students and the unemployed
  • Will earn CM, CEU, and COC points and receive all course materials for their course
  • Will not pay a registration fee for their assigned course
  • Are not guaranteed assignment to one of their choices

We reserve the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment and/or instructor schedule conflict. Decisions regarding cancellations will be made by March 31, 2009. Unfortunately, if a course is canceled, AIHce cannot guarantee another monitoring assignment.
