Reservation Changes + Cancellations

All Toronto hotels require 72 hours notice of cancellation. Please note the following dates and instructions when changing or canceling a reservation.

April 30 – May 11

Reservations are being transferred to individual hotels. Changes and cancellations cannot be made during this time. Please do not contact the hotel; your reservation will not have been processed. Rest assured, if you have received a confirmation from AIHce/Experient, the hotel will honor your reservation. 

Beginning May 12

Contact the hotel directly for date changes, cancellations and new reservations. Check your registration/ hotel confirmation for a telephone number. Room availability and rate are subject to the hotel’s discretion.

Beware! You may lose your deposit if…

1.  You do not check in at the hotel on the scheduled arrival day. Many hotels now also charge an early departure fee.
2.  You do not cancel your reservation within 72 hours. When canceling a reservation directly with the hotel, obtain a cancellation number, date, and the name of the agent. In case of difficulty, contact AIHce for assistance. 

Don’t be a “No Show!”

Be certain to cancel registration and hotel reservations if you are unable to attend. Hotel deposits will not be refunded to “no shows.”
