AIHce is no longer booking hotel rooms; however, the following hotels will continue to take reservations at the discounted AIHce rate, based on availability. When calling to make a reservation, indicate you are attending AIHce to get the special conference rate.

Have an existing reservation and need to make a change?

If you need to change or cancel an existing hotel reservation, contact your hotel directly after May 12.  Check your AIHce acknowledgement for the hotel telephone number or check Hotels at a Glance. When cancelling a reservation, ask for the name of the person you speak to and a cancellation number.

AIHce Headquarters –

AIHce will be held at the Toronto Convention Centre, 255 Front Street. The Fairmont Royal York, also situated on Front Street, is the location for most AIHA and ACGIH® board, committee and social events.

The Toronto Convention Centre is divided into North and South buildings, connected by a skywalk. Weekend courses will be held on both the North and the South sides of the Centre. Beginning Monday, all conference activities, including the technical sessions and the expo, will be located on the South side. Shuttle transportation from selected AIHce hotels will be provided to the North and South buildings over the weekend and to the South building only on weekdays.
