Members are required to pay the registration fee that corresponds to their current membership category. Individual must have paid dues for 2009 in full by January 31; otherwise, register at the nonmember rate. Discounts on registration fees are not retroactive.
Reduced fees apply if rooms are reserved in an AIHce hotel.
To register at the member rate, join AIHA or ACGIH® online or fax a membership application and dues payment prior to registering for AIHce. Member status is “pending” subject to approval.
Course and symposium instructors should not register for the course(s) they are teaching. Those wishing to attend the conference, Monday–Thursday, must register and pay the appropriate registration fee. Instructors who do not intend to register, but who wish to receive a name badge (not valid for AIHce) and to make hotel reservations through AIHce, should contact AIHA staff, Bruce Hermit, bhermit@aiha.org or call 703-849-8888.
AIHA and ACGIH® member session arrangers, moderators, monitors and presenters (EHS crossover, roundtable, podium and poster) are required to pay the full member fee or the one-day fee if attending the conference only on the day of presentation.
Individual must be an AIHA or ACGIH® student member in good standing. Verification is not required. Full, associate, affiliate, and organizational members may not register as students.
Full or part-time students officially enrolled in an IH program qualify. Nonmember students must provide valid proof of enrollment in an IH program (a course schedule, transcript, or a letter from the department chair are accepted; student ID cards are not). The same documentation is required on site.
Registrants may visit the Expo and attend technical sessions and purchase tickets to optional events held that day.
Permits entrance to the Expo, Monday–Wednesday.
Individual brokers representing one or more OEHS product lines are permitted entrance to the Expo, Monday–Wednesday.
Individuals registering for weekend courses or the symposium may do so without paying a conference registration fee. Tickets to social tours are available for purchase; access to technical sessions, technical tours, and the Expo is not permitted.
Fee includes entry to the Hospitality Center, the General Sessions and the Expo. Tickets to Social Tours/Events may be purchased separately.
