Registration will not be processed without full payment of fees. Accepted forms of payment include American Express, Visa, MasterCard and checks, payable to AIHce/Experient, drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars. Wire transfers are not accepted.
Individuals with outstanding balances will not receive conference materials. Full payment must be made prior to collecting badge and tickets on site.
To register online at the lower, in-hotel rate, enter the hotel name where you have made reservations. On site, a hotel confirmation or hotel key must be presented as verification.
Written cancellation requests must be sent by fax to 800-521-6017; International fax (847) 996-5401) or by e-mail to aihce@experient-inc.com. Telephone cancellations are not accepted.
The deadline to cancel and receive a refund is April 30. If badges and tickets are received by mail, these must be returned to Experient prior to monies being refunded. After April 30, no requests will be processed. Administrative fees will be assessed for cancellations as follows:
Once purchased, tickets for the AIHF Fun Run/Walk and conference pin are not refundable.
Tickets to technical and social tours are not refundable after April 30.
Refunds will be issued 30 days post-conference. No refunds will be issued to registrants classified as “no shows.”
