Badges and tickets are currently being mailed to U.S. domestic and Canadian individuals who registered by April 30. If you registered by this date, but do not receive your materials prior to AIHce, bring a photo ID to Express Registration and we will be pleased to reissue your badge/tickets.

New Registrants –

Full payment of registration fees (all fees are quoted in U.S. dollars) is required. Higher fees apply to individuals who reserve hotel rooms in non-AIHce hotels. To register at the lower, in-hotel rate, enter the hotel name where you have made reservations. On site, present a hotel confirmation or hotel key must be presented as verification.

You will receive a registration confirmation via email. Badges, tickets and Final Programs will be available at On-site Registration at the Express Registration counters located in the Toronto Convention Centre.

Registration is verified against membership records. If in doubt about membership status, contact the AIHA or ACGIH® Membership Department prior to registering for conference.

Local Residents

A registration discount applies to individuals residing in the U.S. within 150 miles of Toronto and to individuals living in the province of Ontario. The discount will be taken at the end of the registration process.

Government Employees – DO NOT MAIL purchase orders after May 15

If a credit card cannot be used for payment, purchase orders from federal, state, or local government agencies may be applied to registration fees only. Forms must be faxed or mailed; online processing is not available. Please do not mail purchase orders after May 15. Payment is due 30 days after the conference.

Organizational Members – DO NOT MAIL coupons after May 15

Individuals attending AIHce whose companies are organizational members of AIHA or ACGIH® should mail or fax the original AIHA/ACGIH® issued coupon; online registration is not available. The original coupon is required to register on site.
