• Notification letters were mailed in September 2008.

• Complete the PDC AV, Setup and Handout Form by December 31 to insure your requirements are fulfilled.

General Information

Registration and Hotel Reservations

Instructors may register and reserve hotel accommodations online or complete the Advance Registration and Hotel Reservation Form. The deadline is April 30. If registered by April 30, badges will be mailed in advance. International instructors will receive badges and tickets by mail if registered by April 15.

Instructors should not register for the course(s) they are teaching. However, those who wish to attend AIHce Monday through Thursday are required to pay the applicable registration fee or the one-day fee.

Speaker Ready Room, Toronto Convention Centre, Room 701B

All instructors are invited to use the Speaker Ready Room. The Ready Room will be equipped with editing stations and professional audiovisual consultants. AIHA CE staff will be available to assist instructors.
