Space Assignment Process

Space Assignments, AIHce 2009 Returning Exhibitors

Space assignment is by priority points for all exhibitor space applications received by July 3, 2009. In early July, AIHce begin assigning space starting with the exhibitor with the most points, then application date of receipt if exhibitors have the same number of points. The floorplan will change as space assignments are made and will look different when it comes to your company’s selection time. A “live” floorplan will be available online from which to select. You will be notified when it is time for your company’s selection.

Points increase by:

  • One point per 10-10 booth for each year an exhibitor displays at the exposition
  • One point for organizational member status
  • Sponsorships – one point for each program sponsored, plus one additional point for each $2500 spent on sponsorships.

Points accrue each year of consecutive exhibiting. Points for participation in Toronto will be calculated after the show and point totals will be used to prioritize exhibitor space applications received prior to July 3.

Floorplan

The initial floorplan does not have any pre-formed island booths. Island booths will be created as needed during the assignment process. Additional cross aisles will be created and changed as the island booths are assigned. A live floorplan will be available online by the end of June.

Space Assignments, New Exhibitors

Space will be assigned on a first-come, first-serviced basis after all AIHce 2009 returning exhibitors who submitted exhibitor applications by July 3, 2009 have been assigned.
