Formed in 2009, the AIHA Guideline Foundation is dedicated to developing and disseminating occupational and community exposure guidelines for chemical and physical agents and stressors. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the AIHA Guideline Foundation conducts research intended to educate the public.
This corporation is organized, and shall be administered and operated, exclusively to receive, administer, and expend funds for the following charitable, scientific, and educational purposes, within the meaning of 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, of the American Industrial Hygiene Association.
The AIHA Guideline Foundation is exempt from federal income taxation under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the AIHA Guideline Foundation may be tax-deductible, as provided by law.
