The AIHce 2012 scheduled PDC offerings may be found on the AIHce web page www.aihce2012.org under the Education tab. To volunteer to be a monitor, please visit http://aihce2012.org/presenters/call-for-pdc-monitors to get more information and to download the request form.

All forms should be returned to Jessica Pagel (jpagel@aiha.org) before February 13, 2012.  Applicants will be notified of their acceptance and assignment after this deadline.  AIHce reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment and/or instructor schedule conflict.  Decisions regarding cancellations will be made by March 31, 2012.  Unfortunately, if a course is canceled, AIHce cannot guarantee a monitoring assignment to an alternate course.
