You can earn free CM points through On-Line FEMA Courses
Go to the site for the FEMA courses, www.training.fema.gov/IS/crslist.asp and find a course that you wish to take. Makesure you check the ABIH site for CM point approval verification at: http://abih.org/members/roster/coursesearch.cfm. Type "Federal" into the Provider box to search courses, and verify that the course you want is listed. The points range from 0.5-4 points.
