Please attend to the Holiday Party on December 3, 1999. It will be a great lunch and a good time to catch up on all the news with other members of your profession.
The dues will be $25.00 next year to cover the increased dues from the CIHC.
The September Symposium was a success. Our local section made approximately $835.00.

I attended the last CIHC meeting in San Francisco on November 8, 1999. The CIHC is currently in contract negotiations with Sacramento Advocacy. Things seem to be going well. The November conference appears to be a success and profitable enough that it will put the CIHC on track for another year.
However, due to increases in administrative expenses, anticipated increase in cost from Sacramento Advocacy and the cost of legislative services, the CIHC will increase its dues/member to $25.00 for 2000.
You may submit an article or advertisement to Audrey Eng, editor, at Audrey_Eng@dot.ca.gov or fax (916) 653-5165.
