After September 23, register on site at the Fairmont Hotel Vancouver. Registration opens Friday, October 2, 4:00 p.m.–6:00 p.m.
Conference registration includes admission to general sessions, workshops/thinkshops/technical tours, the Expo, breaks, and the welcome reception. One-day registration entitles the registrant to attend educational and social activities held that day. Exhibit Hall Only registration, valid for both days, is available on site for $35.
To qualify for the AIH/AIHA member rate, the participant must be a current AIHA member, having paid dues for FY 2009 at the time he or she registers. A nonmember student must submit a letter from his or her faculty advisor, verifying current enrollment in an IH graduate program.
Spouses and guests are welcome to attend PCIH at no cost. Request badges at on site registration in Vancouver.
Full payment of registration and event fees is required in advance of the conference. Meeting materials will not be issued without payment in full payment prior to the conference.
Purchase Orders: POs are accepted from state and federal government agencies ONLY. Registrants must fax or mail the Advance Registration form; online registration is not available. A credit card is required to guarantee a hotel reservation.
Academy Affiliate Member: If you are a CIH but not a member of AIHA you are eligible to become an Academy Affiliate member. Academy Affiliate members may register for PCIH as an AIH member. Visit http://www.aiha.org/content/academy/affiliatememberaih.htm for further details. You must be an Affiliate member by September 23 to receive the AIH member rate.
Purchase tickets prior to September 23 to take advantage of reduced fees. It is not necessary to register for PCIH to attend the symposium, management certificate course, or PDCs.
Steamworks Pub – Tickets are limited. A reception and drink ticket included. The cost is $40 per person, prior to September 23. If tickets are available on site, the cost will be $50.
Breakfast and Luncheon Discussions – Each discussion has limited participation. Breakfast or a light lunch is included. Special meal requests must be noted on the registration form. Breakfast discussion fees are $40 before September 23; $45 after September 23. Luncheon discussion fees are $50 before September 23; $55 after September 23.
Workshops, Thinkshops and Technical Tours – Registration is included in the conference fee; however, capacities are limited and sessions are filled first-come, first-served. There is no guarantee all sessions will be available on site. Advance selection is strongly encouraged. Be certain to list choices 1-4. Note, the workshops, thinkshops and the tours run concurrently; it is only possible to attend one session.
Confirmation of online registration/hotel reservations will be sent within 24-48 hours; confirmation of fax and mail registrations will be send within 5 business days of processing. Please check confirmations carefully. Due to sophisticated anti-spam programs, e-mail confirmations may be blocked. If you do not receive your confirmation, contact Experient at (330) 425-9330.
Registration: Fax requests for registration changes and cancellations to (330) 963-0319 or e-mail pcih@experient-inc.com. Changes and cancellations will not be accepted by telephone. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations. No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after September 23. Refunds will be issued within four weeks after the conference. Refunds will not be issued to “no shows.”

Fax reservation changes and cancellations to (330) 963-0319 or e-mail pcih@experient-inc.com by September 23. Failure to cancel a reservation 72 hours prior to arrival will result in one night’s room and tax charged to the registrant’s credit card. The hotel may charge an Early Departure Fee of $50 CAN for guests who depart prior to their confirmed departure date. Guests may change their departure date without charge up to and including the time of registration.
