Mr. Yellin is currently employed by the FDIC as an industrial hygienist but is also a practicing attorney and a former compliance officer with OSHA. Mr. Yellin is very capable of elaborating on how current laws will affect enforcement of not only of TLV’s but also other consensus data.  Come by and find out what the court systems have done and what they may be doing next.
