Member feedback is critical to the success of AIHA®. In the next few days, AIHA will launch a comprehensive member needs and satisfaction survey. This survey, which is conducted every three years, helps assess the quality and effectiveness of current programs and services and provides vital insight into how we can better serve AIHA’s members.
AIHA is partnering with the Loyalty Research Center to complete this study. Members will be contacted via e-mail with more information and a link to the online survey. The survey will take approximately 20 minutes to complete and does not have to be completed in one sitting. We encourage all members to participate.
AIHA recently completed several initiatives based on direct member feedback. Details about those and other initiatives can be found on the AIHA website.
