       This (PDC) will cover a range of topics associated with industrial exposure to
         metals and silica: covering some of the occupational health and toxicity
         considerations of overexposure; case studies involving manganese, beryllium, and
         lead; ventilation strategies for minimizing exposure to various metals; and a review
         of helmet design changes and available control technologies for MIG welding.
