The AIHA Local Section Scholarship is endowed from funds donated by Local Sections of the Association. All students meeting the AIHF general scholarship criteria are eligible for this scholarship.
The AIHA is comprised of more than seventy Local Sections organized geographically throughout the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Arabian Gulf. These groups are dedicated to promoting industrial hygiene by bringing together professionals to exchange and disseminate information of interest to their members. Local Sections also work to encourage cooperation with governmental, industrial, educational and professional bodies within their geographic areas.
The AIHA Local Section Scholarship is awarded to a qualified graduate or undergraduate student interested in the study, evaluation and control of workplace exposures.
