Sponsorship inclusions:

  • All copy developed and provided by Sponsor; subject to approval by AIHA.
  • Sponsor to provide a total of (4) posts per platform (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram) to be posted weekly for the month of your campaign.
  • No more than (2) of the (4) weekly posts should be product-specific. The additional posts should be educational/informative in nature pointing to case studies, whitepapers, blogs, etc. hosted on your site.
  • Post campaign data to include:
    • Likes
    • Comments
    • Shares
    • Link clicks
    • Interaction rate
    • Video views
    • Organic views
    • 30-second views

Specs:

  • All materials are due the 25th of the previous month
  • Sponsor may include up to 2 hashtags (topic-based hashtags recommended to expand reach)
  • Sponsor should include trackable URL
  • Facebook: copy truncated at 400 characters
  • LinkedIn: copy truncated at 140 characters
  • Twitter: 280 characters
  • Instagram: 2,200 characters
  • Includes one static image or one video
  • Each post should be labeled with the week in which you want them to post.
  • Posts will be added to AIHA’s master calendar and post on all platforms one time per week for a total of four dates in the month.

  • Video duration and specs: 30-90 seconds, 5GB max file size

Facebook

  • Video duration and specs: 60 seconds, 4GB max file size

Twitter

  • 280 characters

Instagram

  • 2,200 characters
  • Story: 1080px by 1920px (a 9:16 aspect ratio)

  • Reel: under 60 seconds 1080px by 1920px for a 9:16 aspect
