David Barber, MS, CIH, CGPM, has been in Federal service for over 37 years combined.   He served with the Air Force from 1978 to 1994 and then with the Department of Energy since 1994.   His Air Force Career involved assignments in Europe and Asia.   Dave has been involved in teaching safety and health classes since 1981.
