Registration Information

PDCs will be held on Sunday, October 27; and Monday October 28. There is a separate registration fee for each PDC.

Registration includes:

  • Electronic Course materials
  • Breakfast
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • Box lunch
  • Opportunity to earn up to 14 education contact hours for 2 days
  • Reception, Sunday Evening

Cancellations & Substitutions

​​Requests for cancellations and refunds must be submitted in writing to Erin Breece, Program Director, Education. Phone calls will not be accepted. Refunds are subject to a $150 processing fee.

To receive a full refund (less processing fees), cancellations must be received on or before August 23, 2019.

A 50% refund (less processing fees) will be processed if the request is received between August 24 and October 7, 2019.

No refunds will be processed for requests received on or after October 8, 2019, or for no shows.

No additional charges will be incurred for substitutions if the individual who is assuming the registration is eligible for the same rates as the original registrant. If the replacement individual is ineligible for the same rates, they must pay the balance due before the registration will be transferred.

Rate Eligibility

You must be an individual member of AIHA with 2019 individual member dues fully paid to qualify for the member registration rate.
