Frequently asked questions
What is the length of the subscription term?
The subscription term will be calendar based, and run from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2024.
How will those on my roster access the webinar recordings and/or OnDemand content?
We will provide access to the recordings and sessions included in the package in our online classroom. Learners will sign in using their AIHA credentials.
How will those on my roster receive credit for participating?
Everyone on your roster will be asked to create an AIHA account if they don’t already have one. Once they have reviewed the recording/session in the online classroom, they will automatically receive credit on their AIHA transcript and be prompted to complete the evaluation. All sessions must be viewed and evaluations submitted by the end of the subscription year on December 31, 2024.
How frequently can I make roster updates?
Rosters are limited to the number of slots you purchased and are non-transferrable. AIHA will process roster updates on a quarterly basis.
