Promote Your Attendance

You worked hard to come up with an innovative and interesting session or course, now help us get the word out!  Below are some ideas on how to promote your session at Fall Conference 2017.  Post your session with a link to on your own personal social networking pages, like Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn. These are great venues to not only promote your session, but also engage with fellow attendees. Don’t forget to use the official conference hashtag, #AIHAFC.
  • ​We also invite you to “talk up” your presentation on AIHA’s LinkedIn group
  • If you use social media, check out these tips ​on how to promote your session for Fall Conference.
  • Request that your company newsletter include a small blurb about the event and your session. You may use the wording and content from our Approval Memo.
  • Create a short 30-second video to “tease” your session. 
  • Using the AIHA Fall Conference header banner​, email your colleagues and contacts to notify them of your session at Fall Conference.
  • Incorporate Fall Conference promotional PowerPoint slides​​ into your next presentation.
