FREE AIHA-FCRI Workshop 3: Making the Most of Near Field Exposure Modeling for Diverse Occupational Risk Assessment

Exposure modeling can be a valuable tool to estimate worker exposure when quality empirical exposure data are not available or to supplement empirical data. This session will include discussion among stakeholders regarding the many available models and selection practices, considering that exposure estimates can vary significantly depending upon the design and use of the model. For examples, models may be used to support occupational exposure assessments for new process design, prioritization of confirmatory sampling, regulatory risk assessments, and more.
