AIHA educational events are designed to provide CM credit for CIH certification maintenance and candidate training. ABIH requires that CIHs/CIH candidates calculate their own CM credit(s) for the educational events they attend. Calculations should be based on technical content time (see additional guidance below or ABIH’s website for complete guidance on eligibility/requirements). Additionally, content must be aligned with at least one Category 4 (Education) CM Area (Ethics, IH and Safety). * NOTE: For any event in 2012 AND THEREAFTER, values are reported in CM hours. For any event PRIOR TO 2012, values are reported in CM points.
