New Public Policy Priorities for 2017 – 2018

Months of discussions, research, and debate have resulted in AIHA’s new Public Policy Priorities for 2017 – 2018. Many of these will look familiar to you, as we’ve been working on several of them for years, while others are more recent. Either way, there’s still a lot of work to do in terms of defining the specific goals and objectives under each. It’s also worth noting that the Priorities are in no way meant to be an exhaustive list. There will be issues that we’ll engage on as a result of feedback from AIHA members and/or policymakers. 

That said, here are AIHA’s 2017 – 2018 Public Policy Priorities:
