Steve Smith, Tom Mitchell, and Amalia Neidhardt with Cal/OSHA will provide an update on new Cal/OSHA requirements including Heat Illness, Chromium, Respiratory Protection, Permissible Exposure Limits and Diacetyl food flavoring.
Judy Barrett Miller, CIHC’s lobbyist with the firm Sacramento Advocacy will give an update on major H&S laws passed in 2006 and recently introduced legislation for 2007.
