Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Review Course
Co-Sponsored With the American Industrial Hygiene Association Upper Midwest Section
September 17-21, 2012, Minneapolis, MN
The Comprehensive Industrial Hygiene Review is designed to provide an intensive review of a wide range of Industrial Hygiene topics, focusing on preparing practicing industrial hygienists for the ABIH Certification Examination. Comprehensive coverage of the technical rubrics of Industrial Hygiene is provided by practicing professionals. The presenters, each of whom are experts in their field, will help students organize large amounts of data to correctly answer exam questions. Industrial hygienists seeking a comprehensive review of the entire field are also encouraged to attend as well as other professionals interested in enhancing their knowledge and understanding in the fundamentals and concepts of Industrial Hygiene. A basic understanding of the field is presumed, as well as basic skills in mathematics and chemistry.

Ethics in the Practice of Industrial Hygiene ($35)
September 19, 2012, Minneapolis, MN
The Midwest Center for Occupational Health and Safety is offering a presentation to assist industrial hygienists in complying with the ABIH ethics training requirement. This presentation will also be of interest to safety professionals and others working closely with the Industrial Hygiene community.

The presentation is from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. and is being held at 2221 University Avenue SE, Minneapolis, Minnesota on the East Bank Campus of the University of Minnesota.
