Call for Public Comments on Proposed ERPGs for Butadiene

Posted April 3, 2014

The Emergency Response Planning (ERP) Committee of the AIHA Guideline Foundation has proposed values for Emergency Response Planning Guidelines (ERPGs) for butadiene. ERPGs are air concentration guidelines for single exposures to agents and are intended for use as tools to assess the adequacy of accident prevention, transportation emergency planning, community emergency response plans, and incident prevention and mitigation.

The ERP Committee welcomes comments and suggestions of additional references or resources. The public comment period ends May 2, 2014. For more information on submitting comments, visit the ERPG Web page.
