On Monday, the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA) launched OSHwiki
, a new web platform to connect occupational safety and health (OSH) professionals and support collaboration and knowledge sharing on OSH in all languages. According to EU-OSHA, the wiki already contains nearly 300 articles on topics such as OSH management and organization, hazardous substances, ergonomics, and psychosocial issues. Contributors include experts from many national occupational safety and health organizations and research institutes.
Anyone from a recognized professional or scientific organization is eligible to contribute to OSHwiki. EU-OSHA lists several benefits of becoming an accredited author, including gaining recognition from the OSH community through the content you produce; networking with other OSH professionals around the world; and becoming involved in knowledge development by commenting and building upon others’ articles.
Those interested in registering as an accredited author should fill out the author registration form and e-mail it to email@example.com.
