This year’s Fall Conference on Leadership and Management, to be held in Tampa Oct. 30–31 at the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina, promises not to disappoint.

We are featuring four education session tracks: Emergency Response and Preparedness (very timely in light of the Texas/Gulf Coast flooding); Enterprise Risk Management & Assessment; Management and Leadership (a must-attend program for our next-generation leaders); and Emerging Issues (identified by our Content Portfolio Advisory Group as cutting-edge topics). Within each track we’ve embedded Quick Talk sessions (30-minute presentations, similar to TED talks) on selected topics.

• Tuesday Lunch: AIHA State of Affairs
• Closing Session: “Total Exposure Health: A Revolutionary Way to Think of Exposure and Primary Prevention” with Col. Kirk Phillips, Associate Chief, Bioenvironmental Engineering, Consultant to the USAF Surgeon General for Exposure Science

Complementing this program are 15 professional development courses (Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 28–29, and Thursday, Nov. 1).

Remember, attendees earn up to 24 CM credits from PDCs (for three full days) and 12 CM credits for two days of education at the conference.

Finally, the Product Stewardship Conference (Nov. 2–4) will be co-located with Fall Conference. For those of you with stewardship responsibilities, we hope you’ll stay (or have one of your colleagues attend in your place).
