Comments: TLVs

<div class=ExternalClass9B512DD1F8054E16B211139B9E2E8D83><div>Thanks goodness that there are many industries and companies out there, some that I have worked for, that understand the laughable OSHA PELs and have TLVs defined and referenced in their Health and Safety policies. </div>

<div>Unfortunately, good IHs will typically work for companies that have added levels of protection where there are opportunities to build solid and robust programs. I personally have declined work at companies that need industrial hygiene in the worst way, but provide IHs no tools to enhance safety at their sites. I have seen where an IH can not be effective in improving safety and yet they are deemed responsible for program shortcomings. </div></div>
